Our Biomedical Engineers have over 65 years of combined technical experience and continue to stay up-to-date on the latest technology. In fact, we pride ourselves on our in-house, full-service board level repair facility which allows us to promptly assist our customers with all their service needs. We offer 1-year warranty on most repairs with a 1-week turnaround time.

We also carry parts for all the inventory we sell. In addition, Gopher Medical buys, sells, rents and repairs a wide range of medical equipment. Steve Ziegenhagen has almost 40 years’ experience in biomedical engineering, starting his career as a board level bench tech, progressing to on-site repair and installation of cardiac monitoring systems, and eventually moving into a sales and account executive role. By experiencing all aspects of service, parts, sales, rental and repair hands-on, Steve understands both the clinical aspect and the technical function of the equipment and knows first-hand what it takes to earn and maintain your business. At Gopher Medical, we believe in forming personal relationships with our customers and providing the highest quality biomed recertified equipment and service to our customers.
