We offer 1-year warranty on most repairs with a 1-week turnaround time.

Steve Ziegenhagen has almost 40 years’ experience in biomedical engineering, starting his career as a board level bench tech, progressing to on-site repair and installation of cardiac monitoring systems, and eventually moving into a sales and account executive role. By experiencing all aspects of service, parts, sales, rental and repair hands-on, Steve understands both the clinical aspect and the technical function of the equipment and knows first-hand what it takes to earn and maintain your business.
